Resources

Any undertaking needs current and correct information to complete the job properly. Every venture of The Partnership for Families & Children has informational needs, not only to ensure projects are carried out correctly, but also to link to the bigger picture of improving the lives of children and their families. This is a place where documents, strategies, websites and materials can be shared with other programs, partners, and collaborators in an effort to provide children and their families with better outcomes through improved services and supports.

It is The Partnership's policy to share as much knowledge as possible to create a synergy for capacity-building and sustained change. Shared resources increase the likelihood of system transformation, program improvements, and innovative solutions being applied to continuing problems. As new strategies, approaches, best practices, or places to find information are identified, they will be shared here.
